The information for the retreats in 2012 are:

1-8 June and 31 August - 7 September.

The retreats are for all who have their own experience with the advaita approach and with yoga. The main focus is on insight and liberation into the Openness.

Daily program
6.00 - 7.30       meditation (6.30 in February)
9.00 - 12.00     Guided Meditation for the Silent Week or Yoga and Pranayama for the Yoga Week
12.00 - 18.00   free time
16.30 - 17.30   individual talks
18.00              warm dinner (fish/vegetarian)
19.30 - 21.30   advaita-talk / satsang

The meditation and satsangs are in the chapel on the Badweg. With appropriate weather yoga and meditation take place on the beach. The landscape functions as a fantastic support for realizing the Openness.

Everyone arranges for his own overnight lodgings.
We eat dinners together. If you wish, you can care for your own dinners from the 2^nd - the 6^th day.

Costs of participation
For 2012: € 355,- p.p.p.w.
Exclusive 5 warm meals: € 280,- p.p.p.w.
With a minimum income there is an € 85,- reduction per household.
If there is further assistance required, you can call upon the Support funds.
